The estimated savings provided for each plan are based on average usage by a family of six and typically include: basic tests, one ultrasound, home sample collections, ECG/CBC/X-ray, radiology consults and applicable discounts.

Membership does not entitle a member to claim services during periods of non-availability. Services may be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

Additional visits will be charged at prevailing rates. Home collection is subject to coverage area and staff availability.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of terms, the Company reserves the right to cancel membership without refund.
Member data is collected and stored securely. Information may be shared with third-party labs solely for delivering requested services. Reports will be delivered via WhatsApp, email, or printed copies, based on member preference.
The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or discontinue any membership plan or benefits at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available at the diagnostic center and through official communication channels.
The Company is not responsible for delays, errors, or inaccuracies in third-party lab reports, non-availability of services due to operational reasons, or medical decisions made solely on the basis of diagnostic reports. Members are advised to consult their treating doctors for interpretation of reports.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dwarka, Delhi.
